York County Lawyer Jennifer A. Galloway Named Chair-elect of PBA Young Lawyers Division

HARRISBURG (May 6, 2022) — Jennifer A. Galloway of York, senior counsel for Saxton & Stump, Lancaster, will become the chair-elect of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Young Lawyers Division (YLD) at the conclusion of the association’s May 13 House of Delegates meeting in Hershey.

Galloway is currently the YLD’s delegate to the PBA House of Delegates. She also is a member of the PBA Civility in the Profession Committee, PBA Conference of County Bar Leaders, PBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and PBA Commission on Women in the Profession.

She previously was a member of the PBA Disability Services Committee, PBA Elder Law Section and PBA Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee.

Also active in the organized bar at the local level, Galloway chairs several committees and is past chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the York County Bar Association and a member of the Lancaster Bar Association.

Galloway primarily practices in trusts and estate planning as well as elder law, Orphans Court litigation and corporate matters such as business entity formation. Before joining Saxton & Stump, Galloway was a founding partner at a family and business law firm in York County.

Galloway is a cum laude graduate of Elizabethtown College, where she received a B.A. in political science and criminal justice. She graduated summa cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law, where she was the associate comment editor for the Duquesne Law Review and a contributing member of the Business Law Journal.
