The Pennsylvania Bar Association Quarterly is a publication of analysis and opinion regarding substantive legal issues and developments. Each issue includes articles written by lawyers in scholarly style, complete with appropriate reference citations and presented in a legal-academic format.
Published online in January, April, July, and October, it is made available online as a service for members of the PBA, the legal profession at large, the news media and law and community libraries. A print version is available upon request. Printed copies are available in April (the January and April edition) and October (the July and October edition).
