PBA Past Treasurer James R. Antoniono of DeBernardo Antoniono McCabe & Davis PC, Greensburg, received the 2024 Samuel W. Milkes Award at the Winter Quarterly Meeting of the Westmoreland Bar Association, Jan. 30, 2024, in Greensburg.
