Alicia Hickok, Of Counsel, DLA Piper

Alicia is of counsel at DLA Piper (US) LLP and an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, teaching Appellate Advocacy and Professional Responsibility. She is Co-Chair of the Book Board for the ABA’s Section of Litigation and has authored pieces for multiple books (including one forthcoming), as well as law review articles. She also serves on the Amicus Curiae Committees for the ABA and Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is working with the PBA’s Appellate Advocacy Committee. Following completion of her law degree at Penn, she clerked with the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Michelle Ross, Counsel, Leech Tishman

Michelle, a partner with Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC, is a member of both the firm’s Litigation and Trusts and Estates practice groups. Michelle focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation in the Orphans’ Court Divisions of the various county courts across Pennsylvania. She is also experienced with navigating the complex nuances of guardianship proceedings, often assisting clients with obtaining, modifying, and terminating contested guardianships. Michelle currently serves as outside general counsel for a non-profit corporate fiduciary that serves in all fiduciary capacities and manages a pooled special needs trust. In addition to her litigation practice, Michelle assists numerous families with all aspects of their trust and estate planning needs. Michelle earned her J.D. from the Duquesne (Kline) University School of Law, and her B.S. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. Find Michelle on LinkedIn!
