“After over 50 years in the profession, I realized the need for a conservator in the event of death or disability. Years ago, I had already chosen two colleagues to serve in this role, but recent readings stressed the importance of needing a power of attorney. Contacting PBA Law Practice Management Coordinator Ellen Freedman and using her guidance to the Disciplinary Board’s Handbook was invaluable. It helped me harvest crucial language from the Court's Order, a step I hadn't considered. Thank you, Ellen, for your usual prompt and helpful response to my needs. You’re an invaluable member benefit!”

Join a PBA Listserv

What is a Listserv? Simply put, it is an internet-based discussion group of individual subscribers. Discussions are accomplished through the use of email. By sending ("posting") an email comment or question to the Listserv, you are actually sending it to the in box of everyone who subscribes to the Listserv, without having to know or use their individual email addresses.

Click here to discover what Listservs are maintained by the PBA. Note: Not all PBA committees and sections have Listservs and membership in a committee or section is required before joining that committee’s or section’s Listserv. If you are already a member of a committee or section and wish to join the Listserv for that committee or section, this is the place to do it.
