Grandparent Custody Public Information Campaign
Launched in October 2018, this campaign informs the public about a new change in Pennsylvania’s law expanding who can request custody of a minor child when the parents cannot be located, especially in regard to grandparents, great-grandparents and other parties.

Consumer Legal Information Pamphlets
The PBA offers a popular series of pamphlets that explain – in layman’s terms – what legal issues we all need to consider during the major milestones, mishaps and challenges of life.

Legal Guide for Senior Citizens
Developed by the PBA Senior Lawyers Committee, this guide provides information about legal issues faced by Pennsylvania's older residents and their caregivers. The information provided helps seniors make appropriate choices so they can maximize personal autonomy, minimize costs, navigate through the maze of government benefits, and protect themselves against predators who want to deceive, exploit or defraud.
