Section 931. Delegates to American Bar Association. -- Delegates from this Association to the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association including one delegate that is a young lawyer, shall be elected by the House of Delegates after consideration of the recommendations of the Board of Governors, except that the Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Division shall recommend the young lawyer delegate to the House of Delegates.
