Section 901. Local Bar Association Delegates -- The president of each Local Bar Association who will be serving in that capacity at the convening of the Annual Meeting, or a nominee of the President, shall be a Delegate to the House of Delegates for a one year term commencing at the assumption of the office of president; the president or nominee may serve consecutive terms. The president upon assuming office shall advise the Secretary of the term of office, whether or not the president intends to serve as the Local Bar Association's Delegate and if not, the name of the presidents nominee. No county shall be entitled to more than one Delegate under this section.
