Jill M. Scheidt, a partner in the law firm of Masano Bradley, Wyomissing, is the PBA at-large governor representing the interests of women lawyers in Pennsylvania.

Scheidt is a member of the PBA House of Delegates, PBA Corrections System Committee, PBA Family Law Section, PBA Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and the PBA Commission on Women in the Profession (WIP). In 2006, she received a PBA President’s Everyday Leader Award for representing the Berks County Bar Association (BCBA) and the Daniel Torres Hispanic Center in a civil suit against a non-lawyer notary who represented litigants in the Hispanic community.

She served as the 2011 president of the BCBA. She is a former editor of the Berks County Law Journal and former chair of the BCBA Outreach, Criminal Law, Governmental Affairs and Unauthorized Practice of Law committees.

Active in the community, Scheidt is a past chair of the board of directors and past chair of the outreach committee of the Reading Musical Foundation. She serves on the board of the Wyomissing Area Education Foundation and serves as the solicitor for the Ringgold Band. In 2014, Scheidt was honored with the Girl Scouts Take the Lead Award.

Scheidt taught legal research, legal writing, civil procedure, criminal law and torts in the paralegal program at Penn State University.

Scheidt holds an undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a juris doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law.
