Pennsylvania Bar Foundation Nominating Committee Seeks Officer and Director Nominations for 2021 Elections

The Pennsylvania Bar Foundation Nominating Committee will meet in April 2021 to make nominations for the Board of Directors. The positions of president and vice president are eligible to serve 3 one-year terms. The positions of treasurer and secretary are 1-year terms, with no term limits. The Directors’ positions are eligible to serve 2 consecutive three-year terms. The positions to be considered by the Nominating Committee include: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 3 Director positions.

Lawrence B. Mansfield, the current president, has filled a vacancy in 2020 and is eligible for three one-year terms.

Michael B. Jones, the current vice president has filled a vacancy in 2020 and is eligible for three one-year terms.

Larry Coploff, the current treasurer and Christine Hall McClure, the current secretary are both eligible for re-nomination.

Director Chester Corse is serving in his first 3-year term and are eligible for re-nomination.

Directors Larry Chaban and Guerline Laurore are serving in their second terms and are ineligible for re-nomination.

Those nominated will stand for election at the 20­­21 Annual Meeting of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation Board of Directors and Members, scheduled for May 20, 2021.
