The Pennsylvania Bar Foundation Nominating Committee will meet in April 2025 to make nominations for the Board of Directors. The positions of president and vice president are eligible to serve 3 one-year terms. The positions of treasurer and secretary are 1-year terms, with no term limits. The Directors’ positions are eligible to serve 2 consecutive three-year terms. The positions to be considered by the Nominating Committee include President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 2 Director positions.
Michael B. Jones, the current president, is eligible for 1 one-year term.
Larry E. Coploff, the current vice president, is eligible for 1 one-year term.
Helen L. Gemmill, the current treasurer, and Christine Hall McClure, the current secretary, are both eligible for re-nomination.
These Directors are serving in their first 3-year terms and are eligible for re-nomination.

- A. Michael Snyder
Christopher G. Gvozdich and Rhodia Thomas are serving in their second 3-year terms and are ineligible for re-nomination.
