Unit County Grant Matching Program

The Unit County Grant Matching Program seeks to help PA Bar Association Unit County Bar Associations and related Foundations by providing limited grants on a matching basis throughout the year. Requests must be consistent with the Pa Bar Foundations purpose of supporting programs that increase the public’s understating of the law and promote equal access to justice. The request would require an equal match by the requesting association for a specific purpose.

The PBF Unit County Grant Matching Program distributes grants funds on a rolling basis throughout the year to Unit County Bar Associations and Unit County Bar Foundations. As County Bar Associations are not typically 501(3)(C) organizations, and if the Bar does not have a foundation, the PBF would provide a matching grant towards the qualifying expenses.

The amount of each approved grant is limited to not more than $1,000 per requester, each fiscal year, to the extend funds remain.

If you have any questions, contact Pennsylvania Bar Foundation at (888) 238-3036 or at [email protected].
