The Pennsylvania Bar Foundation Nominating Committee will meet in April to make nominations for the Board of Directors for these positions: president, vice president, treasurer, secretary and three directors. The president and vice president are eligible to serve three one-year terms. The treasurer and secretary are one-year terms with no term limits. The director positions are eligible to serve two consecutive three-year terms.
The current officers and directors are:
- Michael B. Jones, the current president, is eligible for two one-year terms.
- Larry E. Coploff, the current vice president, is eligible for two one-year terms.
- Helen L. Gemmill, the current treasurer, is eligible for renomination.
Christine Hall McClure, the current secretary, is eligible for renomination.
These directors are serving their first three-year terms and are eligible for renomination.
- Anne N. John
- Brian J. Lindsay
Chester C. Corse is serving his second three-year term and is ineligible
for renomination.
