The Pennsylvania Bar Foundation Nominating Committee will meet in April 2024 to make nominations for the Board of Directors. The positions of president and vice president are eligible to serve 3 one-year terms. The positions of treasurer and secretary are 1-year terms, with no term limits. The Directors’ positions are eligible to serve 2 consecutive three-year terms. The positions to be considered by the Nominating Committee include President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 3 Director positions.
Michael B. Jones, the current president, is eligible for two one-year terms.
Larry E. Coploff, the current vice president, is eligible for two one-year terms.
Helen L. Gemmill, the current treasurer, and Christine Hall McClure, the current secretary, are both eligible for re-nomination.
These Directors are serving in their first 3-year terms and are eligible for re-nomination.

Chester C. Corse is serving in his second 3-year term and is ineligible for re-nomination.
