Pennsylvania Bar Foundation Nominating Committee Seeks Officer and Director Nominations for 2024 Elections

The Pennsylvania Bar Foundation Nominating Committee will meet in April to make nominations for the Board of Directors for these positions: president, vice president, treasurer, secretary and three directors. The president and vice president are eligible to serve three one-year terms. The treasurer and secretary are one-year terms with no term limits. The director positions are eligible to serve two consecutive three-year terms.

The current officers and directors are:

  • Michael B. Jones, the current president, is eligible for two one-year terms.
  • Larry E. Coploff, the current vice president, is eligible for two one-year terms.
  • Helen L. Gemmill, the current treasurer, is eligible for renomination.

  • Christine Hall McClure
    , the current secretary, is eligible for renomination.

These directors are serving their first three-year terms and are eligible for renomination.

  • Anne N. John
  • Brian J. Lindsay

Chester C. Corse is serving his second three-year term and is ineligible
for renomination.
