| Video Contest “There Ought to Be A
Law” The Montgomery Bar Association has launched its second annual YouTube video
contest: “There Ought to be a Law.” The contest is open to all Pennsylvania
residents, and the deadline for entries is Oct. 8. Cash prizes will again be awarded to
winners and runners-up in two main categories: under 18 and 18 and over, including $1,000
