Introductory
Many different laws exist that protect student rights in Pennsylvania. This site has divided the Pennsylvania Code into different sections. (Freedom of expression, freedom of religion, etc.) Because "legalese" can be confusing for many students, this site is providing a quick "translation" of the code in words that are kid-friendly, as authored by Ian Garvey, student at the New Hope Solebury High School in Bucks County, Pa.
