The Inn at Pocono Manor, a 3,000-acre, sophisticated yet family-friendly, grand resort located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains is the location of the 2016 PBA Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section Annual Retreat. Stepping away from the usual format, Section members and colleagues have an opportunity to combine business with pleasure while enjoying a late-summer escape.

Retreat attendees will receive up to seven CLE credits (including ethics) on a variety of timely and interesting topics including: cyber security, community associations, medical marijuana and what that means to landlords, and updates on digital assets, real estate rules and probate matters. You will hear from legislative experts and specialists in their field.

You won�t want to miss Thursday afternoon�s unique networking opportunity by joining your team in a �Death vs. Dirt� challenge. Choose between an 18-hole round of golf on the resort�s renowned East course, a trivia contest or participate in "The Amazing Race." The historic, 100+ year old East course has challenged dozens of golf professionals including Arnold Palmer and Sam Snead. The trivia contest will include �20 Questions� and, unlike Interrogatories, they can be multiple-part questions. �The Amazing Race� contains challenges in archery, horseshoes and putting and a golf-cart driving course. Team awards will be presented during the evening�s annual wine-pairing dinner.

A National Historic Landmark resort, The Inn at Pocono Manor offers optional horseback riding, tennis, walking trails, bike-riding, pond fishing, children�s activities and more.
