ALLEGHENY COUNTY LAWYER ELECTED TO THE PENNSYLVANIA BAR ASSOCIATION BOARD OF GOVERNORS |
HARRISBURG (April 9, 2003) � Allegheny County lawyer Laura E. Ellsworth, the partner-in-charge of the Pittsburgh office of Jones Day, will be elected to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board of Governors at the close of the organization�s annual meeting April 23 � 25 in Philadelphia.
One of 12 zone governors who serve on the PBA Board, Key will represent Allegheny county lawyers. Her term will expire in 2006.
Ellsworth is a member of the PBA House of Delegates and is a former co-chair of the PBA Civil Justice Coalition Task Force. She currently serves on the Allegheny County Bar Association Board of Governors and is a past member of the ACBA Judiciary Committee. Ellsworth is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and the Neighborhood Legal Services Board of Directors.
Ellsworth is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
