CUMBERLAND COUNTY LAWYER ELECTED TO THE PENNSYLVANIA BAR ASSOCIATION BOARD OF GOVERNORS

HARRISBURG (May 30, 2006) � Cumberland County lawyer E. Robert Elicker II of Camp Hill, who serves as a Divorce Master in the Cumberland County Divorce Master�s Office, will begin a three-year term on the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board of Governors at the close of the organization�s annual meeting June 7 � 9 in Hershey.

One of 12 zone governors who serve on the PBA board, Elicker will represent Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York county lawyers.

Elicker is a member of the PBA House of Delegates and is a Fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation. He was president of the Cumberland County Bar Association in 1998 and served for six years on the Cumberland County Bar Foundation Board. He received special recognition in 2005 from the Cumberland County Bar Association for his participation in and administration of its Partner�s Program.

Elicker served as a member of the Eagle Foundation Board and was the recipient in 1999 of the Washington & Lee University Keystone chapter�s 250th Anniversary Award.

He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and the Dickinson School of Law.
