ALLEGHENY COUNTY LAWYER TO BECOME CHAIR OF PENNSYLVANIA BAR ASSOCIATION

HARRISBURG (May 23, 2006) � Justin B. Goldstein, senior fiduciary officer for settlement consulting services with the National City Bank of Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh, will become chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Young Lawyers Division (YLD) during the association�s annual meeting June 7 � 9 in Hershey. Goldstein will serve for a one-year term.

A member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and American Bar associations, Goldstein has served as chair-elect, treasurer, and Zone 12 co-chairperson for the PBA YLD. He also is a member of the PBA Membership Development Committee and the PBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and serves in the PBA House of Delegates. He has served as a lecturer on estate planning for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Active in the leadership of the American Bar Association, he is the ABA YLD Secretary/Treasurer and will become chair-elect in 2006 and chair in 2007. He has served as vice chair of the ABA YLD National Conference Team and as chair of the host committee for the 2003 ABA YLD Fall Conference. He is a member of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the ABA Taxation Section and the ABA Business Law Section. He is a former chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association YLD and a member of the ACBA Board of Governors. He also served on a variety of ACBA committees.

Goldstein received a bachelor�s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a juris doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
