ERIE LAWYER TO SERVE ON PENNSYLVANIA BAR ASSOCIATION BOARD OF GOVERNORS

HARRISBURG (April 13, 2005) � Erie lawyer Michael A. Fetzner will serve a three-year term on the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board of Governors upon his election to the position of Zone Seven Governor during the association�s annual meeting May 4 � 6 in Pittsburgh. .

One of 12 zone governors, Fetzner will represent Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, McKean, Venango and Warren county lawyers. His term will expire in 2008.

Fetzner is a member of the PBA House of Delegates and the PBA Client and Community Relations Committee. He is a Fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation. He also chairs a hearing committee for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Fetzner served as president, treasurer and a member of the board of directors of the Erie County Bar Association. He served as chair of the ECBA Law Day and Legal Aid Volunteer Attorneys committees.

Active in his home community, Fetzner is a past president and current member of the board of directors and the board of trustees of the Greater Erie YMCA. He recently completed a term of service as a board member of the Village at Luther Square and serves on its Finance Committee. He also serves on the advisory board of the Penn Attorneys Title Insurance Company.

Fetzner is a partner in the Erie law firm of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett P.C., where he is a member of its board of directors and chair of its Real Estate Department. He is a graduate of Gannon University and the Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.
