LANCASTER LAWYER ELECTED TREASURER OF PENNSYLVANIA BAR ASSOCIATION

HARRISBURG (April 13, 2005) � Matthew J. Creme Jr., a partner in the Lancaster law firm of Nikolaus & Hohenadel LLP, will become treasurer of the Pennsylvania Bar Association at the conclusion of the organization�s Annual Meeting May 4 � 6 in Pittsburgh.

Creme served on the PBA Board of Governors from 2000 until 2003 as Zone Three Governor representing Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York county lawyers. He is a member of the PBA House of Delegates and the American Bar Association.

Creme served as president of the Lancaster Bar Association in 2004 and is a past chair of the Lancaster Bar Association�s Long Range Planning Committee.

Creme is a member of the State Service Council of the American Red Cross and is the past board chair of the American Red Cross of the Susquehanna Valley. He also is a past board chair of the Lancaster County Multiple Sclerosis Society. Creme serves on the boards of directors for Lancaster Catholic High School and the Resurrection Catholic School in Lancaster. He also is a former chair of the Dickinson College Alumni Council.

Creme is a graduate of Dickinson College and the Georgetown University Law Center.
