HARRISBURG (May 2001) - Seth A. Mendelsohn, a lawyer in the litigation section of the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, was elected chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division during the organization�s annual meeting held this month in Pittsburgh. Mendelsohn will serve for a one-year term.

Mendelsohn is a past PBA/YLD Zone 3 chair and also serves on the PBA Editorial Board. He is the vice chair of the PBA Membership Development Committee and serves on the PBA Planning Committee and the Conference of County Bar Leaders Executive Committee. In addition, he is a current member of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Bar Leadership Team.

He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Dickinson School of Law.
