The Pennsylvania Bar Association Quarterly is a publication of analysis and opinion regarding substantive legal issues and developments. Published in January, April, July, and October as a service to the members of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the legal profession at large, it has a circulation of approximately 28,000 and is distributed to members of the PBA, the news media, and law and community libraries.
Articles are written by lawyers in a scholarly style with appropriate reference citations and presented in a legal-academic format. The PBA welcomes submissions of, and proposals for, articles for the Quarterly. Click here for a copy of the Writer Guidelines. Queries should be addressed to Professor Emeritus Robert E.
