The goal of the Summit is to provide a forum for organizations throughout Pennsylvania to share their goals in fostering diversity, their successes and other experiences. The Minority Bar Committee intends to maintain this forum in the coming years as a tool for reviewing together what efforts have been most productive during the prior year and seeks to make the Summit as inclusive as possible of all diverse groups. The Summit will begin with an address from the keynote speaker, Lydia Hernandez-Velez, Esq. Additional highlights include the 15th Anniversary Celebration of the Martin Luther King Jr. Summer Internship Program of the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network and the keynote luncheon address from National Public Radio Senior Correspondent Juan Williams, author of Eyes On The Prize. The seminar includes five ethics CLE credits.
