TRIAL COURT TRANSMITS NOTICE OF APPEAL
Upon receipt of the Notice of Appeal from the trial court, the Superior Court Prothonotary creates an Appeal Docket and mails a copy of the Appeal Docket to all parties and the trial judge, and a docketing statement to appellant. The docketing statement must be filed, with the required attachments, within ten days. Pa.R.A.P. 3517. Review the Appeal Docket for accuracy and contact the district filing office regarding any changes.
