These Rules will be in effect for the 2010 National Tournament in Philadelphia. Updates have been made to
Rules of the Competition 3.1 and 5.6, as well as to National High School Mock Trial
Rules of Evidence 402, 403, 404, 407, 408, 608, 609(a), (b) and (c), 701, 702, 703, 704, 801(d)(2), 803(4) and (5).
The changes to the Rules of Evidence were made to bring them into conformity with the current Federal Rules of Evidence.

and will be addressed in the Case/Rules Q&A reports throughout the month of April.
The mock trial office will not accept questions submitted by any method other than by e-mail.
Please note that only the state coordinator or his/her official designee may submit questions.
