Project: Lawyer Referral Program-Contact Jean Bednarski, Executive Director
In 2001, the YCBA began to implement improvements and enhancements to its existing lawyer referral program as recommended by the ABA PAR Review. The much enhanced and �modified program was recognized by ABA in 2005 and received ABA certification in July 2005-only the third program in Pennsylvania to achieve that certification.
