WASHINGTON COUNTY LAWYER ELECTED TO THE PENNSYLVANIA BAR ASSOCIATION BOARD OF GOVERNORS

HARRISBURG (April 9, 2003) � Washington County lawyer Susan Mondik Key, a partner in the law firm of Peacock, Keller & Ecker LLP, will be elected to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board of Governors at the close of the organization�s annual meeting April 23 � 25 in Philadelphia.

One of 12 zone governors who serve on the PBA Board, Key will represent Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland county lawyers. Her term will expire in 2006.

Key is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Washington County Bar associations. She serves in the PBA House of Delegates, on the Editorial Committee and as a director for the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation. She is also a former zone chair for the PBA Young Lawyers Division. In addition, Key is a past treasurer and Young Lawyers Division president for the Washington County Bar Association.

Active in her community, Key has served on the boards of several charitable organizations, including the Church of the Covenant in Washington, Pa., and the YWCA. She currently serves on the board of the Glory to God Free Clinic.

Key is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
