- CHANGES TO ARBITRATION & MEDIATION -

(HARRISBURG - October 2, 2000) The Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (PBA/YLD) sponsored a two-hour panel discussion program on the cutting-edge legislation dealing with mediation and arbitration issues during its fifth annual �Day on the Hill� on Oct. 2 at the Whitaker Center, Harrisburg.

Focusing on recently introduced legislation that will affect mediation and arbitration issues, the program featured the following panelists: State Senator Stewart J. Greenleaf; State Senator Allen G. Kukovich; Commonwealth Court Senior Judge Emil E. Narick; John W. Nilon Jr., Esq., co-chair, PBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee; Steven V. Turner, Esq., Commonwealth Deputy General Counsel; and panel moderator Herbert R. Nurick, Esq., ADR/Mediation coordinator, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
