Pennsylvanians experiencing financial difficulties because of the economic downturn are invited to visit the help desk nearest them. Unless otherwise indicated in the list below, help desks staffed by volunteer lawyers and financial professionals will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., July 7 through Sept. 11.
