The Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Commission on Women in the Profession (WIP) will host its 2013 Midyear Meetings in Philadelphia, Scranton, Pittsburgh and Mechanicsburg. The 2013 meetings will take the theme of "Listening for Lawyers: Narrowing the Gap Between Your Brain and Heart."

In the changing legal environment, the most effective advocates are those possessing finely honed listening and relational skills.
