TRIAL COURT TRANSMITS CERTIFIED RECORD

Within 60 days (30 days for Children's Fast Track) after the Notice of Appeal is filed, the certified record is transmitted to the Superior Court. Pa.R.A.P. 1931(a). The trial court will mail a copy of the list of record documents to counsel of record and unrepresented parties. Pa.R.A.P. 1931(d).
