The following figures for 2012 are calculated from the date the appeal is docketed in the Superior Court:

  1. The median time for all appeals is 245 days.
  2. The median time for appeals disposed by order or discontinuance is 70 days.
  3. The median time for appeals disposed by filed decision is 297 days.
  4. The median time from the receipt of the certified record to filed decision is 216 days.
  5. The median time from the filing of the last brief to filed decision is 105 days.
