If the appeal is to be orally argued, it will be listed by the court and written notice of the date time and place of argument will be given to the parties. See Pa.R.A.P. 2312. In cases that are submitted for consideration on the briefs, the Prothonotary will mail a notice to all parties that the case has been submitted to a merits panel.
