Section 401. Composition of the Board of Governors. -- The Board of Governors shall be composed of the following:

(1) The General Officers of the Association.

(2) The immediate Past President.

(3) The Chair, Chair-Elect and most recent living Past Chair of the Young Lawyers' Division.

(4) One Zone Governor from each Zone.

(5) Two Minority Governors.

(6) One Woman Governor.

(7)One Unit County Governor.
