Important Registration Information: Each person staying in the room must be registered for hotel and waterpark purposes. Waterpark passes can only be used for a guests in an occupied room.
Event registration deadline: Friday, February 28, 2025. Registrations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis and charged an additional $50 late fee.
Cancellation policy: Upon receipt of a written cancellation request, a refund will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee. All cancellations must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 3, 2025. No refunds will be issued after March 3, 2025. Early departures will not receive a refund.
