The PBA group room block for the conference offers a reduced rate of $239.00 per room per night plus 11% taxes. Online reservations may be made here. Guests who prefer to call to make reservations may call 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for PA BAR Association - Annual 2024 at Hershey Lodge, May 7-10, 2024. The reservations team is available seven days a week from 8 AM - 8 PM to assist you. Credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at time of booking a room reservation. Please be aware that the room block cut-off date is Monday, April 8, 2024. After the cut-off date, rooms and/or group rate may no longer be available. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m.
