Disbarments on Consent
The following attorneys have been disbarred on consent under a rule of disciplinary enforcement pertaining to resignations by attorneys under disciplinary investigation: George Joseph Konesky Jr., Montgomery County, on Aug. 21; Brenda Joyce Hamer, out of state, on Sept. 4; Michael H. Cox, Philadelphia, on Sept. 4; Irvin D. Ellis, Philadelphia, on Sept. 4; Joel Aaron Klein, Allegheny County, on Sept. 24; Barry F. Greenberg, Montgomery County, on Oct. 11; Ronald E. Archer, Clearfield County, on Oct. 22; and Jean Gilroy Gavlick, Berks County, on Oct. 22.

Reciprocal Discipline
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has imposed reciprocal discipline on the following attorneys: Gerald Mark Alston, Philadelphia, suspended for three months on Sept. 4 after having been suspended for three months by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on March 7, 2001; David Assad Jr., Philadelphia, disbarred on consent on Sept. 24 after having been disbarred on consent by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on May 11, 2001; Clark W. Pease, Philadelphia, suspended for three months on Oct. 11 after having been suspended for three months by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on May 22, 2001; James Herbert Wolfe III, out of state, suspended for three months on Oct. 22 after having been suspended for three months by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on May 8, 2001; Margaret Elizabeth Hiller-Polster, out of state, suspended Oct. 22 consistent with a suspension of three years, with two years stayed, imposed by the Third Judicial District Court of Salt Lake County, Utah, on Aug. 29, 2000; and Frank James Griffin, out of state, disbarred on Oct. 22 after having been disbarred by the Supreme Court of New Jersey on April 19, 2001.

Temporary Suspensions — Rule 214(d)(1)
The following attorneys have been placed on temporary suspension under a rule of disciplinary enforcement pertaining to attorneys convicted of serious crimes: David L. Kurtz, Lackawanna County, on Sept. 6; and Maria Del Sol Morell, out of state, on Sept. 24.

REINSTATEMENTS
Aug. 16, 2001 — Oct. 25, 2001

The following attorney has been reinstated to practice: Warren D. Utermahlen, Pike County, on Oct. 11, as recommended by the Disciplinary Board, from disbarment on consent on Dec. 14, 1984.
