The Pennsylvania Bar Institute has announced its new course
"Pennsylvania Uniform Trust Act", planned by Tom Work, of Reading. The
half-day course will be offered at various live or satellite locations
in PA in September & October, 2006, before the general provisions of the
PA UTC will take effect.
Course registration will be promoted not only to members of the bar, but
also through the Pennsylvania Banker's Association to their members.
Bankers & trust officers are very much interested in the changes in law
that soon will affect their trust administrations.
