Any lease prepared by a municipal solicitor for their cell tower should be good. If you have trouble getting one locally let me know and I'll get you one from this area.

I'm looking for a lessor-friendly (or even halfway lessor-friendly) cell tower lease. Leases written by the lessee are plentiful and well suited to protect their short and long term interests; and one can always re-draft from those documents, but I would be interested in working from a document prepared a bit more from the property owner's perspective, if there are any out there, which anyone might be willing to point me to, or share.
