Must be the week for cell tower leases; I am searching for the same thing
myself. I haven't found a lessor-friendly form, but I did find some articles

protect their short and long term interests; and one can always re-draft
from those documents, but I would be interested in working from a document
prepared a bit more from the property owner's perspective, if there are any
out there, which anyone might be willing to point me to, or share.
