Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy: Registration deadline for the conference is December 27, 2012. After that date, all registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis and will incur a late fee of $50. Written cancellations must be received before the close of business on December 27, 2012. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued, minus a $75 admin-istrative fee.
