Judge Renwand Receives Bowman Award

The Administrative Law Section presented the James S. Bowman Award to Judge Thomas Renwand, chairman and chief judge of the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB). The award recognizes leadership in the development and practical working of administrative law, both substantive and procedural practice, in Pennsylvania. Read the article.
