The Pennsylvania Bar Association is the recognized voice of the legal profession in Pennsylvania and takes seriously the responsibility attendant to this role. PBA staff lobbyists work closely with legislators and staff to develop and advocate for legislation and to communicate PBA policy positions. The legislative staff also connects legislators with PBA’s legal experts on a wide range of issues. The legislative staff is experienced, involved and effective.
