Section 681

Section 681. Young Lawyers' Division. -- The Young Lawyers' Division shall take as its province the organization of student members and the newer members of the Bar of this Commonwealth, so that they may cooperate for the betterment of the profession, and for the advancement of the aims and work of the Association. All members of the Division shall be Members of the Association. This limitation does not prevent cooperation or affiliation approved by the Board of Governors or the House of Delegates between the Division and non-member groups. The bylaws of the Division may restrict membership in the Division to Members of the Association who have not attained a specified age, first became lawyers within a specified period, and student members.
