The KidCare Program is a statewide outreach in which the PBA/YLD will promote awareness among families of the need to maintain records of their children by the creation of identification cards for these children. These cards will include the child's birth date, height, weight and other pertinent information, including fingerprints. The identification cards have proven to be invaluable in locating children who are missing or have otherwise become victims of unfortunate occurrences.
