On Dec. 3, 2003, Erie County Bar Association President Russell Warner presented David Baxter, a longtime Erie civil legal aid leader, with the Erie County Bar Association President's Award. Baxter was recognized for his �untiring and long-term commitment to coordination of our association�s pro bono program, Legal Aid Volunteer Attorneys, spearheading our members� legal assistance to the indigent in our community.�
