The 2006 Poverty Guidelines, as published in the Federal Register, provide the basis for determining eligibility for most civil legal aid in Pennsylvania. Attached is a worksheet listing the published poverty income amounts � the 125 percent threshold amounts that most programs adhere to and the 187.5 percent threshold amount that is used by certain programs as a measure of who qualifies for reduced fee service.
